Realtor Referral Program

We pay every realtor who refers us a landlord client that signs up with us a referral fee based on the management fees collected on an ongoing business.

This is not a one-time referral fee, but something that can continue on as long as the client keeps an active contract with us and the real estate agent that referred them to us has an active license in good standing and keeps in regular contact with us.

We also encourage referred clients to continue using the real estate agent that referred them to us. The point of the entire program is to reward a realtor for referring a client at a greater amount than any other property management company in this area and that they can refer to us without fear that we will poach their client.
