We work to make your stay in one of our managed properties a pleasant experience you will share with friends and relatives.

Calder Properties combines attentive customer services with technology to make the rental process as convenient as possible. We are available 24/7 when there is a property emergency. For routine property related requests, we encourage submission through our online system. When you activate your Tenant Portal, you have access to schedule, pay, and track rent payments securely online.

We encourage our tenants to care for their rentals as if they were their own. If you are interested in purchasing a home during your rental period, please let us know. We assisted nearly 50% of our tenants who moved out of the homes we manage in 2016 become homeowners. Let us know if you would like to learn more.
